CATL Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with DST

NINGDE, CHINA - Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. (CATL) and Electric Vehicle Rental (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (DST) signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Ningde, Fujian Province on July 22. Zhou Jia, president of CATL, and Zhang Haiying, founder and CEO of DST, attended the signing ceremony.
According to the agreement, the two parties will further strengthen their cooperation in the product development of new energy vehicles for logistics, application scenarioses, business models and other fields, explore efficient and pragmatic cooperation models, and jointly promote the high-quality and sustainable development of new energy vehicles to facilitate realizing carbon neutrality in the logistics industry.
